The Rockstar Games Launcher is Rockstar’s own PC client, and keys bought for it activate against a Rockstar Games Social Club account rather than Steam or Epic. That account is the constant across everything on this page: the game licence, the online character and any currency sit on it.

What we carry for Rockstar spans full games, add-on content and in-game currency, all redeemed through the same launcher.

What we stock for Rockstar

• Rockstar Games. Full PC titles activated on the Social Club account and downloaded through the launcher.
• Rockstar Game Points. In-game currency, most commonly GTA Online Shark Cards, credited to the online character’s balance.
• Rockstar DLCs. Add-on and expansion content for titles already owned on the account.

How activation works

Keys are entered in the Rockstar Games Launcher under the account’s redemption option, or through the Social Club website signed in to the same account. The title is added permanently to that account’s library.

Activation is tied to the Social Club account and cannot be moved afterwards. A game activated on one account stays there, so redeem on the account that will play rather than on a spare.

Games, currency and add-ons are separate purchases

A game key grants the base title

Full game keys include the single-player campaign and, where the title has one, access to its online mode. They do not include in-game currency.

Shark Cards fund the online character

Currency is credited to the character’s in-game balance and is spent inside GTA Online. It has no effect on the single-player game and does not carry between accounts.

Some listings bundle both

A handful of products pair a full game with a cash card. These are listed as bundles and state both components in the title, so read the title rather than assuming from the price.

Region notes

Rockstar keys are issued per region and some are restricted to the region they were sold for. A restricted key will refuse to activate on an account outside it. The region is stated in every product title on this page.

Before you buy

Check whether the listing is a game, a cash card or a bundle of both, and confirm the region against the Social Club account. Neither can be corrected once a key is activated.
